JanSport Canada offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased on our website, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your JanSport items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original hangtags are included.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or preferred carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
